What we collect
When you ask for a quote or send us a message, we collect your name, phone number and email address, what you tell us about the job, and any photos you attach.
When you visit the site, Google Analytics records how it's used, like the pages you view, the device and browser you use and the city you're in. It uses cookies to do this.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, quote the job and do the work. We use the Google Analytics figures to see how the site is used and make it better. We never sell your details or pass them on for anyone else's marketing.
Who else handles it
A few services run the site for us. Vercel hosts it and checks the forms for spam, Resend sends your enquiry to our inbox, and Google runs Google Analytics. Some of them store information outside Australia. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to quote and do the job, and for our business records.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, and the site still works without them.
Seeing, changing or removing your details
You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Call or email us to ask.
